個人資料保護說明 Personal data protection instructions:
國立政治大學網路文件申請系統(以下簡稱本系統)為確保本系統網站使用者之個人資料保護,特補充說明以下幾點:

1.本系統所蒐集之個人資料包含:姓名、身分證統一編號(護照號碼)、出生年月日、電子信箱、通訊電話及通訊地址。
2.本系統蒐集個人資料僅供學生及校友網路申請文件使用。
3.依中華民國個人資料保護法,申請者得就個人資料申請行使以下權利:
(1) 請求查詢或閱覽。
(2) 製給複製本。
(3) 請求補充或更正。
(4) 請求停止蒐集、處理及利用。
(5) 請求刪除。
若申請者欲執行上述權利時,請洽本校教務處註冊組並依法辦理。


The following instructions are provided in order to ensure personal data safety for users of the NCCU Internet Document Application System (hereinafter referred to as "the system"):

1.Personal data collected by the system include: Name, National Identification Card number (passport number), date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
2.Personal information collected by the system is only provided to students and alumni for the purpose of applying for documents online.
3.Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of China, applicants may exercise the following rights when applying for personal information:
(1) Request to search or view. 
(2) Produce a copy. 
(3) Request to add or correct. 
(4) Request to stop collection, processing, and use.
(5) Request to delete. 
If the applicant wishes to carry out the above mentioned rights, please contact the Academic Affairs Division Registration Section and apply in accordance with the law.
